Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive manual and automated test cases for ServiceNow applications and integrations.

• Develop and maintain robust automation scripts using Java, Selenium, JUnit, and TestNG frameworks.

• Utilize JavaScript for effective scripting within the ServiceNow platform to enhance testing capabilities.

• Perform various types of testing, including functional, unit, integration, performance, and regression testing.

• Leverage development and CI/CD tools such as Eclipse, Jenkins, Maven, and Git for efficient test execution and management.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.

• Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies, working closely with development teams for timely resolution.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, methodologies, and test automation frameworks.

Preferred candidate profile





- • 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with a strong focus on both manual and automation testing within an enterprise environment.
- Proven proficiency in Java programming with extensive hands-on experience in Selenium, JUnit, and TestNG.
- Fluency in JavaScript scripting, particularly for test automation and within the ServiceNow platform.
- Deep understanding of various testing techniques (e.g., performance, unit, integration, automated), their strengths, weaknesses, and optimal application.
- Demonstrated experience with development and CI/CD tools including Eclipse, Jenkins, Maven, and Git.
- Experience working with ServiceNow instances and utilizing platform-specific tools for testing.
- Ability to effectively use tools such as IDEs, debuggers, profilers, system administration/Unix tools, and source control for daily tasks. • Robust knowledge of SDLC concepts and proven experience in driving cross-team technical discussions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable test automation frameworks.
