Position: Graphic Designer for Life Science Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

- Product & Packaging Design: Design product labels, box artworks, packaging inserts, and packaging layouts for manufactured and private-labelled products.
- Create and update product branding elements in line with regulatory and company branding requirements.
- Design, format, and maintain product-related technical documents.
- Conceptualize and design brochures, catalogues, banners, and advertisements for print and digital media.
- Edit product videos, and promotional content.
- Edit and enhance product and facility images for marketing use.
- Ensure consistency in document formatting, branding, and version control.
- Support photography and videography activities for products, facilities, events, and corporate communications.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure accuracy of product information on labels and packaging materials.
- Support day-to-day marketing activities and ensure consistency in visual communication.




- Undertake any other design or marketing-related tasks as per organization needs.

Education & Skills:

- Bachelors degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- CorelDRAW
- Adobe Illustrator
- Video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar)
- Solid sense of aesthetics, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving ability.

Preferred Additional Skills:

- Knowledge of Canva or other online design software.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for website and emailer design.
- Photography and videography knowledge.
- Familiarity with social media management and best practices.
- Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Team player with good communication and coordination skills.

Experience:

- 3-5 years of prior experience in graphic design and video editing (corporate or agency background preferred).
- Must present a portfolio of previous work demonstrating design and creative capabilities. Role & responsibilities
