We are looking for a highly skilled Tableau Developer who can design, develop, and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards and reports to provide actionable business insights. We need a good communication skilled (In English)..The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Tableau, a strong understanding of data visualization principles, and the ability to work with complex datasets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and publish interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective visual analytics solutions.

- Optimize dashboards for performance and scalability.

- Integrate Tableau with various data sources such as SQL Server, Excel, Cloud Databases, etc.

- Create calculated fields, parameters, level of detail (LOD) expressions, and other advanced Tableau features to meet business needs.

- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all deliverables.

- Troubleshoot and resolve any Tableau-related issues.





- Stay updated with new Tableau features and best practices to enhance analytics capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server (minimum 3 years hands-on experience).

- Expertise in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and loading.

- Deep understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.

- Hands-on experience in building complex dashboards with calculated fields, parameters, filters, and LOD expressions.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team setting.

- Excellent communication skills to interact with business and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with ETL tools (e.g., Alteryx, Informatica, Talend).

- Knowledge of other BI tools (e.g., Power BI, QlikView).

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Education:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
