Role & responsibilities
- Responsible for top 3 rejection analysis daily & update in DPMU analysis sheet.
- Ontime attending line Jidoka'sand quality issues and take actions for its closure.
- Responsible for review of MVP samples, Creation, Validation and Control as per defined frequency.
- Responsible for control Plan Review audit, Process and Product audit and Layout inspection as per plan.
- Preparation of inspection reports and sending it to customer based on the dispatch requirement (Daily and Monthly basis)
- Master samples creation, validation, control for serial parts and AS07 changes.
- Responsible for AS 07 documentation readiness for the customer on time.
- Responsible for AS412 Escalations follow up with respective production team and actions closure.
- ALIS Escalation follow up and actions closures on daily basis.
Responsible for AS15 sample submission to test lab and document updating for the same.
