Job Summary

The Luggage Storage Operations Executive is responsible for managing daily luggage storage operations, ensuring safe and secure handling of customer belongings, maintaining accurate records, and delivering excellent customer service. The role also involves coordinating with the Sales Team to ensure smooth operations and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage luggage acceptance, tagging, storage, tracking, and handover.
- Verify customer identity and booking details during drop-off and pickup.
- Maintain accurate customer and booking records in the CRM system.
- Assist customers with storage procedures, policies, and service-related queries.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for bookings and operational updates.
- Ensure the safety, security, and proper organization of stored luggage.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the storage facility.
- Prepare daily operational reports and documentation.




- Share customer feedback and support business growth initiatives.
- Follow company SOPs, safety protocols, and quality standards.

- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.

Qualifications

- Graduate or Diploma holder in any discipline.
- 13 years of experience in operations, customer service, hospitality, or logistics preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
