Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in managing sales teams, developing retailer networks, and driving business growth within the building materials, steel, or construction industry

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets

- Develop and strengthen the retailer and dealer network in assigned territories

- Identify current business opportunities and expand market reach

- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, contractors, and key customers

- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve productivity and revenue

- Set sales targets and ensure timely achievement of business objectives

- Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting
