What You'll Do:

- Address customer queries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues on the spot
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed service standards

- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs
- Basic computer skills and typing speed
- Open to 6 months; candidates with up to 2 years of experience in customer service preferred
