Role & responsibilities:-

We are seeking a high-caliber Project Management to take full accountability for the end-to-end execution of strategic automotive programs. Unlike a support role, this position demands a leader who owns the "Business Case" of the project. You will be responsible for navigating complex electronic and mechanical product launches, ensuring that Napinos commitments to 2W OEMs are met with surgical precision. As a Deputy Manager, you are expected to be a strategic problem-solver who doesn't just track tasks but anticipates risks and orchestrates cross-functional success under high-pressure scenarios.

Key Responsibilities & Enhanced Accountability

• End-to-End Program Ownership: Lead multiple high-value projects from RFQ award to SOP. You are the "CEO of your project," accountable for the successful delivery of QCDD (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Development) targets.

• Strategic Planning & Gateway Authority: Create and manage integrated project master schedules. You will lead APQP Gateway Reviews, ensuring that no project moves to the next phase without meeting rigorous technical and commercial criteria.

• Customer Relationship Management: Act as the primary interface for 2W OEMs (e.g., Bajaj, TVS, Hero). You will manage customer expectations, handle complex negotiations, and lead high-stakes progress reviews.

• Advanced Risk Mitigation: Move beyond straightforward tracking to proactive risk management.



You must identify potential bottlenecks in the supply chain or design phase early and implement "Recovery Plans" before they impact the critical path.

• Financial & Resource Oversight: Monitor project profitability, tooling recovery, and CAPEX. You will collaborate with the leadership team to ensure resources are optimized across your portfolio.

• Manufacturing Launch Leadership: Take personal accountability for the seamless transition of products into the manufacturing plant, ensuring 100% readiness for "Zero-Defect" mass production.

• Internal Stakeholder Influence: Command authority across R&D;, Quality, Sourcing, and Production teams to ensure priority is given to critical project milestones.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 515 years in a Tier-1 automotive environment, preferably with exposure to electronics, PCBA, or EV products.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Advanced MS Excel (Pivot tables, V-Lookups, data visualization) and MS PowerPoint for executive presentations.
- Strong understanding of the APQP process and project lifecycle Competencies:
- Data Rigor: An obsession with accuracy in reporting and tracking.
- Coordination Skills: Ability to influence PPC and other departments to prioritize project samples and milestones.
- Proactive Mindset: A self-driven professional who doesn't just report delays but proposes solutions.
