B2B Offshore Manager Job Description

Your responsibilities

Summary of Position: B2B Offshore Manager will be responsible for building, nurturing, and coaching the Bridgestone B2B team. Responsible for deliverables of the offshore team consisting of B2B solution developers, testers, and scrum masters. Applies detailed understanding of several business processes and their end-to-end relationships to deliver value to our business. You will be responsible for managing the continuous development, testing, and ensuring stability of the B2B platform. Responsible for creating a high performing team.

Key Accountabilities:

Participate in Scrum events and ensure quality deliverables from the team. Tracking progress and adjusting as needed to keep the delivery on track.

Attract talent and motivate existing high performers.

Manage budget and resources, of the delivery, including allocating tasks to team members and ensuring that the B2B platform roadmap stays on track.

Identifying and managing risks to the delivery, including developing contingency plans to mitigate potential issues.

Communicating with stakeholders, including on-site Product Managers, Product Owners, Architects, other team members, stakeholders,



to ensure that everyone is informed about the progress of the delivery.

Manage team members with following skills: Commerce developers, ABAP developers, MuleSoft developers, SAP PO/CPI developers, automation, and functional testers.

Broad understanding of SAP software offerings, capabilities, and implementation techniques.

Provides technical expertise to the development team and business analysts.

Ability to work independently under limited supervision or in a team workplace.

Understand & Improve business processes.

Minimum Requirements:

5+ years of experience, building, managing large teams with complex scope.

15+ years of IT experience, preferably in Commerce space with backend SAP ERP.

Strong communication skills and ability to communicate across the organization, up the organization, and to technical teams.

Should have managed large scale Commerce projects, SAP's ABAP development projects, integration and supporting large scale B2B platforms.

Should have Working experience in global systems, multiple teams including offshore.

Good people management and leadership skills.
