- Interview Mode - Virtual / Walk-in
- Schedule - 6 Days Working & Sunday Off
- Language Requirement - Fluency in Hindi & English speaking both.
What We Are Looking For
- Education: Any Graduate / Post Graduate.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in Inside Sales, B2C Sales, Educational Counselling, or Tele-calling.
- Mindset: A strong inclination toward a target-driven corporate workplace combined with genuine negotiation and active listening skills.
- Age Limit: Up to 30 years preferred.
Salary - Up to 6 LPA/CTC (Subject to Interview Performance, Experience & Last Drawn CTC) + Incentives
Key Responsibilities
- Educational Counselling: Connect with prospects via inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls to understand their career goals,
and map them to our online degree or certification programs.
- Admissions Management: Guide students and parents one-on-one through the selection of courses, eligibility criteria, application process, and documentation deadlines.
- Drive Enrollment Targets: Confidently handle inquiries, navigate objections regarding program ROI, close sales, and consistently meet admission targets.
- CRM Discipline: Efficiently manage and track your daily sales pipeline and interaction logs using our CRM tools.
- Collaboration: Coordinate smoothly with internal university operations teams to ensure hassle-free documentation and onboarding for students.
