Job Purpose/ Summary*

Lead and govern the General Ledger & Financial Accounting (GL & FA) / Record to Report (R2R) Tower, ensuring accurate books of accounts, timely financial close, robust controls, and compliant financial reporting while driving standardization and continuous improvement.

Job Description*

The GL & FA / R2R Team Lead is responsible for end-to-end ownership of general ledger and record-to-report operations, including period close, journal accounting, balance sheet integrity, and financial reporting. The role ensures governance, audit compliance, SLA adherence, stakeholder alignment,



and transformation of GL & R2R processes through best-in-class practices and automation.

Principal Accountabilities*

- Lead GL & FA / R2R tower operations (GL, Journals, Close, Reconciliations, Reporting)
• Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close calendars
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of books of accounts
• Drive statutory, management, and regulatory reporting
• Establish and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and financial controls
• Lead internal and external audits
• Drive process standardization and automation (ERP, BlackLine, RPA)
• Stakeholder management with Business Finance, Tax, Audit, and IT
• People leadership and capability building
