Role & responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain Python-based applications and automation scripts on AWS.
- Design, develop, and deploy serverless applications using AWS Lambda and related AWS services.
- Build, manage, and optimize ETL processes using AWS Glue.
- Develop, configure, and maintain APIs using AWS API Gateway.
- Create and manage data pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and processing.
- Work with databases such as SQL, Amazon Redshift, and MongoDB.
- Integrate AWS services with third-party applications and external systems.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud applications for performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Implement security, access control, and best practices within AWS environments.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
- Maintain technical documentation for applications, integrations, and cloud infrastructure.
- Support CI/CD pipeline implementation and automation of deployment processes.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and cost optimization of AWS-based solutions.





Preferred candidate profile

- 5-8 years of experience in Python development.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, especially:
- AWS Lambda
- AWS Glue
- API Gateway
- S3
- IAM
- CloudWatch
- Strong experience in building ETL pipelines and data processing solutions.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with databases such as Amazon Redshift and MongoDB.
- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
- Strong understanding of serverless architecture and cloud-native application development.
- Experience integrating AWS services with third-party applications and APIs.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
- Experience troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing cloud applications.
- Good understanding of security, scalability, and performance best practices on AWS.
- Solid communication and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
