Responsibility Area (E.g. Budgeting & Planning, Team Management, etc.)

1. Conduct hiring process related tasks according to relevant standards with a high quality and efficiency (including but not limited to job posting, sourcing, phone call invitation/ interview/screening/scheduling assessments conduction/candidates engagement/POP maintenance/BGV/recent hire on-boarding). Effectively articulate the RSP Employer Value Proposition and promote the organization to engage candidates through the hiring process.

2. Maintain effective communication with hiring departments, candidates and Talent team members.

3. Coordinate with existing recruiting agencies, implement and maintain recruitment advertisement posting as required to ensure the adequacy of resume pool; Assist leader to develop recruitment monthly advertisement plan and maintain recruiting channels for a steady supply to meet the new-hire demands.

1. Understand business needs and apply operational expertise to execute recruitment by using process and data, maintaining/improving quality and productivity during daily work.

Update corresponding recruiting records accurately and timely; Assist to generate basic reports based on the requirements.

3. Provide daily/weekly/monthly updates on the recruitment activities; Prepare relevant documents/reports/analysis/materials/PPTs to provide updates; Report any significant issues/support required to the function lead timely.

Requirement

1-2 years in Recruitment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, professional, open, patient
- Have good knowledge of Bulk Hiring
- Have good sourcing skills (Sourcing Portals)
- Flexible
- Passionate towards recruitment activities
- Strong ability to:
- 1. pay attention to details
- 2. plan and conduct effective business conversations and communications (convey and comprehend messages) in English (both verbal and written)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
- Basic experience with performance management principles, and customer service best practices
- Positive, align with company culture, could handle work pressure
- Consistently displays behaviors under each SPARK Pillar according to the defined standards and targets
