Job Role: - Senior Process Associate (International Voice process) Exp: 1 2 Years of International voice Experience.
- 1-2 Years USA Sales or Up selling experience
- International Voice Experience is Mandatory
- Education Qualification Min. Intermediate/ 12th/ PUC / Graduate.
- Good English verbal and written skills required.
• Preferred candidates willing to work in Grave yard shifts.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Respond to customer's issues on TAT.
- Advantages include shift allowance, yearly bonus, daily meals, and two-way cab facility.
- Training period: 3 weeks (Process Training)
Shift Timings - US Rotational Shifts (Night Shift/graveyard shifts)
Work Mode - Work from Office
