We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance technology solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to align architecture strategies with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in defining enterprise architecture standards, guiding development teams, and driving innovation across platforms and technologies.

Technical Skills

- Strong experience in software architecture and system design.
- Expertise in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, Node.js).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP).
- Experience with:
- Microservices architecture
- RESTful APIs
- Distributed systems
- Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

- Strong understanding of:

- Design patterns
- Data modeling and databases (SQL/NoSQL)
- Security best practices

Tools & Technologies

- DevOps tools: Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions
- Infrastructure as Code: Terraform / ARM / CloudFormation

Roles and Responsibilities

Architecture & Design

- Define and own end-to-end technical architecture for enterprise applications and systems.
- Design scalable, resilient, and secure solutions across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.
- Develop architecture blueprints, solution designs, and technical roadmaps.
- Ensure alignment of solutions with enterprise architecture standards and best practices.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.

Leadership & Governance

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and engineering teams.
- Establish and enforce architecture governance frameworks, standards, and policies.
- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and design validation sessions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (business, product, and engineering) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Technology Strategy

- Drive technology strategy and innovation initiatives.
- Guide adoption of up-to-date architectures such as:
- Microservices
- Event-driven architecture
- API-first design
- Serverless computing

- Lead cloud strategy (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP).

Delivery & Execution

- Oversee implementation of architecture during project delivery.
- Ensure performance, scalability, security, and reliability of systems.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide technical solutions.
- Support DevOps practices including CI/CD pipeline design and automation.

Stakeholder Collaboration

- Work closely with business leaders, product managers, and clients.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, estimations, and technical presentations
