Roles and Responsibilities

- Source and attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to filter candidates based on requirements.

- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates by scheduling dates, times, and locations.

- Provide consultation services to clients regarding recruitment needs and offer suggestions for improvement.

- Ensure timely communication with both parties throughout the hiring process.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-1 year of experience in BPO recruitment or related field (HR Consulting).

- Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing profiles, screening, interview coordination, interview scheduling, permanent staffing, non-IT recruitment consulting.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
