About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Business Development Executive who can generate current business opportunities in IT Services and IT Staffing. The ideal candidate should have strong industry connections, experience in client acquisition, and the ability to convert leads into long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities for IT Projects , IT Staffing and IT Services.
- Acquire project-based requirements, contract staffing, permanent staffing.
- Schedule client meetings and present company capabilities.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.




- Coordinate with internal teams and delivery teams to ensure successful execution.
- Meet monthly business targets.
- Experience selling software development projects or staffing services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Preferred Experience

- Experience working with startups, SMEs, or enterprise clients.
- Existing client contacts in Bangalore or across India.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Location

Bangalore (Remote/Hybrid). Candidates from Bangalore are preferred.
