Bachelor's in Engineering. BE Metallurgy is mandate.

Must have exp in Sponge iron,ferro alloys.

Responsible for leading and overseeing all activities related to the

production and maintenance operations within the SIU, FAU & CPP units,

including but not limited to material planning, production planning, quality

control, packing, and dispatch.

Will also be responsible for optimizing resources, ensuring effective

communication and coordination between departments, and implementing

and maintaining industry and company standards within all Iron working

areas.

Qualifications

Desired Experience

- 15+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in

the steel or metal fabrication industry.

- 6+ years of leadership experience

Functional Skills





- Excellent understanding of plant operations economics
- Robust knowledge of production planning, quality control, and

process improvement methodologies.

- Excellent understanding of raw material batch/charge mixing for

furnace operations

- Familiarity with ISO systems and quality standards.
- Experience of heading plant operations.
- Ability to handle multiple workstreams at any given time
- Proficient in MS Office and working knowledge of SAP and industry

standard production software
