Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Marketing Executive to drive digital, social media, SEO, offline marketing, and integrated marketing campaigns for our art and craft brand. The role requires someone who can build brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and support businesss growth across online and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage social media calendars, content publishing, community engagement, and performance tracking.
- Coordinate with designers and content creators for creatives, videos, reels, and promotional content.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Search Console.




- Execute email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
- Plan and coordinate offline marketing activities, exhibitions, workshops, store promotions, and brand activations.
- Develop seasonal and festive marketing campaigns for art & craft products.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
- Track campaign ROI and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Coordinate with retail, e-commerce, and sales teams to ensure consistent branding.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in digital and brand marketing.
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media, and campaign management.
- Knowledge of Canva/Adobe tools is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
