Qualification

- Any Graduate with SAP Certification.
- 2 to 4 years of work experience in Auto Industry & Logistics/SCM.
- Graduate in any discipline with 3 to 5 years of experience in Logistics/SCM.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Ensure material availability in the outward area as per dispatch plan.




- Verify material weight as per basket and calculate tray quantity on a per-piece basis.
- Calculate basket quantity based on the weight of 10 pieces.
- Maintain detailed entries in Excel for record keeping.
- Generate challans based on calculated quantity and WIP ticket.
- Coordinate with PPC for quantity amendments in LN whenever required.
- Process material receipt against invoices.
- Generate Receipt Reports (RR) based on WIP tickets and invoices.
- Inform suppliers through email regarding short or excess material and mark the GKN team.
- Generate RR for rejected material and hand over the material to the QA team.
- Ensure material movement as per the process defined in the WIP ticket.
- Coordinate FG material transfer to PDI as applicable.
- Prepare Daily Inward & Outward Summary Reports.
- Prepare Supplier-wise Daily Outstanding Reports.
- Prepare Daily RR Reports.
