Talent Acquisition and Management:

What you will bring to the table:
- - Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A Master-s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
- - 2-10 years of progressive HR experience in the manufacturing industry, with at least 2 years in as HR Recruiter.
- - Strong leadership and team management skills.
- - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- - Proficiency in HR software and systems.
- - Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
