Job Description
- Overseeing day-to-day mechanical work on project sites, ensuring designs are translated into reality.
- Managing the proper setup, testing, and start-up of mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment (HVAC, piping, chiller, cooling tower, Pumps, Firefighting system, etc.).
- Monitoring progress, managing timelines, ensuring budgets are met, and reporting on project status.
- Ensuring all mechanical installations meet specified standards, technical drawings, and safety regulations.
- Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders for smooth execution.
- Preparing and maintaining quality documentation, reports, and as-built drawings.
- Design standards code NBC 2016, ASHARE, Fire- NFPA norms for smooth execution at site.
- Proficiency in using electrical design software (AutoCAD).
- Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and safety standards at site
- Implementing strict HSE protocols, conducting risk assessments
- Performing site audits and ensuring proper use of PPE.
Qualifications
- Graduation in Mechanical Engineering.
- 6 to 8 years of experience in MEP Mechanical Construction Industry.
