Placementship is hiring on behalf of a reputed Chartered Accountancy firm for the position of Semi-Qualified CA Transfer Pricing.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain Transfer Pricing documentation in accordance with Indian regulations.
- Conduct benchmarking studies using financial databases.
- Assist in preparing Local File, Master File, and Country-by-Country Reporting (where applicable).
- Support Transfer Pricing assessments, audits, and litigation matters.
- Undertake FAR (Functions, Assets & Risks) analysis and economic analysis.
- Assist in drafting submissions and responses to notices from tax authorities.
- Work on international taxation and cross-border transaction documentation.
- Coordinate with clients to obtain financial and operational information.
- Stay updated with Transfer Pricing regulations, judicial precedents, and OECD guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile





- CA Intermediate / Semi-Qualified CA with completed articleship.
- 1–3 years of experience in Transfer Pricing (post-articleship experience preferred).
- Sound understanding of Indian Transfer Pricing provisions and OECD guidelines.
- Experience with benchmarking databases such as Prowess, Capitaline, Ace TP, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and report-writing skills.
- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments within deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to international taxation concepts.
- Experience in preparing Transfer Pricing reports and audit support.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
