Weare looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect / Senior Consultant with10+ years of overall IT experience and strong expertise in designing,developing, and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions across enterpriseenvironments. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end solution design,development, and platform customization, with a focus on deliveringhigh-quality business outcomes.

KeyResponsibilities

1. Design and develop end-to-end ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements
2. Lead solution architecture, requirement analysis, and technical design discussions
3. Build and implement workflows using Flow Designer / Integration Hub
4. Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules
5. Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and data integrations
6. Work on product customization including UI, workflows, and business logic enhancements
7. Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and platform governance
8. Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, and delivery teams for successful implementation
9. Troubleshoot and optimize platform performance and scalability





RequiredSkills & Experience

1. Design and develop end-to-end ServiceNow solutions
2. Hands-on experience in Solution Design and Development
3. Experience with Flow Designer and/or Integration Hub
4. Robust experience in at least one module:
5. ITSM (IT Service Management) OR
6. CSM (Customer Service Management)

- Proven experience in ServiceNow customization and configuration
- Experience in building integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Goodto Have

1. Knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, or other ServiceNow modules
2. Experience with UI Builder / Service Portal / Workspaces
3. Exposure to platform governance and architecture practices
4. Experience in product customization and enterprise implementations
5. Experience with AI and Automation, such as:

1.ServiceNowFlow Automation / RPA

2.NowAssist / AI capabilities or similar

3.Basicunderstanding of LLMs, intelligent workflows, or predictive automation
