- Demonstrated hands-on experience managing IT assets in a medium-to-largeorganization, with a proven track record of meeting compliance requirements.
- Unix scripting is mandatory.
- Strong working knowledge of OpenText or similar enterprise asset trackingtools.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure components, including servers,storage, networking, and end-user devices.
- Proven Integration knowledge & experience combining business applicationsand infrastructure services
- Robust knowledge in understanding business needs and delivering reportingrequirements.
- Strong knowledge of web applications, their deployment.
- Excellent organizational, analytical,
and problem-solving skills with strongattention to detail and compliance requirements.
- Ability to communicate executively with technical and non-technicalstakeholders.
- Experience with ITIL or other IT service management and compliance frameworks.
- Experience defining & building a process; process automation and workflowoptimization within asset management systems.
- Familiarity with compliance standards and audit requirements related to ITassets, such as SOX, GDPR, or ISO certifications.
