Role Overview

Hands-on developers working within podsunder their respective Tech Leads. Responsible for implementation of specs,rule configs, API stubs, test suites, and UI components.

Responsibilities

- Implement rule configurations,Go evaluators, and typed plugins per locked specs
- Develop REST API endpoints andintegration stubs
- Build Admin UI components forrule authoring and versioning
- Write unit, integration, andE2E tests from locked specs (TDD/BDD approach)
- Participate in parity testing:synthetic test suite + 6-month dual-run data analysis
- Contribute to evidence packpreparation: traceability matrix, architecture docs

Required Skills & Experience

- 3-6 years in full-stacksoftware development
- Go (Golang) backend development
- PostgreSQL, REST APIs
- React or Angular frontenddevelopment
- Test automation (Playwright,Selenium, or equivalent)
- Git, CI/CD pipelines
- GitHub Copilot or AI-assistedcoding tools a plus
- Healthcare claims or payerdomain a plus
