Job Description Tele Collection Executive

Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

Salary: 6,000 9,000 per month (Fixed) + Incentives
Job Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 9:00 AM 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday; Sunday off or as per company policy)

Key Responsibilities

- Contact customers with overdue payments through outbound and inbound calls following the standard collection process.

- Verify account details, payment history, and outstanding balances; update call notes accurately in the CRM.

- Negotiate and secure payment commitments for timely resolution of accounts.

- Escalate delinquent or non-responsive accounts to supervisors or compliance teams as required.

- Reconcile daily collections and monitor aging reports to achieve assigned collection targets.

- Handle customer queries, complaints, and disputes professionally and courteously.

- Ensure adherence to company policies, legal regulations, and data privacy standards.

- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, promises, and settlements.

- Prepare and submit regular reports on collection performance and outcomes.

Performance Metrics

- Achievement of collection targets.

- Call quality and adherence to communication scripts.





- Contact rate and promise-to-pay ratio.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Education: Minimum 10th pass; 12th preferred.

- Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Language: Proficiency in Hindi (English is an added advantage).

- Communication: Transparent, confident, and persuasive communicator with strong listening and negotiation skills.

- Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy required.

- Attitude: Target-driven, resilient, and empathetic; able to manage challenging customer interactions effectively.

- Time Management: Ability to organize and handle multiple accounts efficiently.

Working Conditions

- Indoor office-based role.

- May occasionally require overtime or shift adjustments based on workload.

- No travel required.

Compensation & Benefits

- Fixed Salary: 6,000 - 9,000 per month + Incentives.
