Job Description

We are looking for energetic and target-oriented candidates to join our team as Relationship Officers – Equipment Finance. The role involves field sales, customer acquisition, and promoting equipment finance products while building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business through field sales and customer acquisition.
- Promote and sell Equipment Finance products.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct market visits and identify potential customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum Qualification: 10+2 (Higher Secondary).
- Graduation is preferred.




- Male candidates only.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to travel for field sales activities.

Experience

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with relevant BFSI/Sales experience will be given preference.
- Experienced candidates must provide all previous relieving letters.
