Qualification:

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, Agricultural, Production, or related Engineering discipline.
- Relevant experience in automotive, tractor, agricultural equipment, or off-highway vehicle industries.

Job Summary:

Hi-Tech Robotic Systemz Ltd. is seeking talented engineering professionals for deployment at ITL Sonalika Tractors. The selected candidate will be responsible for product development, design validation, vehicle integration, engineering documentation, and cross-functional coordination to support recent product development and continuous product improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and modify components, assemblies, and systems as per project requirements.
- Create and maintain 3D models, assemblies, and 2D manufacturing drawings.
- Support new product development (NPD) and product improvement projects.




- Perform packaging studies, layout reviews, and vehicle integration activities.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, sourcing, and testing teams.
- Prepare and maintain engineering documentation including BOMs, drawings, specifications, and release documents.
- Conduct design reviews and implement engineering changes.
- Support prototype build, testing, validation, and production launch activities.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, quality requirements, and engineering best practices.
- Participate in problem-solving and root cause analysis for design-related issues.
