Job Responsibilities:

Network Security Operations
Manage and support customer and internal networks as per agreed SLAs.

Provide L2 support for:
Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Wireless Controllers Access Points

Perform advanced troubleshooting for:

- Network outages
- Performance issues
- Firewall and VPN-related incidents
- Implement best network and security practices across Wepsol and customer environments.
- Firewall, Wireless Switching
- Wireless controllers and enterprise Wi-Fi networks

Skills Qualifications :

1. Should be a science graduate
2. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in managing mid to large network including Switches,
3. Routers, Firewall, Wireless controllers, Access points etc.
4. Should have knowledge of Fortinet, Sophos Barracuda firewall (any 2 OEM)
5. Should have designed IP schema
