Drupal Developer
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Drupal Developer for our Drupal and UI team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for requirement gathering, JIRA/Tracker updates, GIT management, and delivering high-quality solutions using Drupal, PHP, HTML, and CSS. This role demands a strong commitment to ensuring zero UAT bugs, quality code, and on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership & Development

- Work with the Drupal and UI development team, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Develop, customize, and maintain Drupal-based solutions with clean and efficient code.
- Ensure smooth integration of Drupal with UI components using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to Drupal development.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and performance optimization.

Project & Quality Management

- Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.
- Manage JIRA/Tracker updates to track progress and ensure transparency in development activities.
- Oversee version control and GIT management to maintain code quality and proper release cycles.
- Ensure zero UAT bugs by implementing thorough testing and QA processes.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality solutions.





Collaboration & Communication

- Work closely with UI/UX designers, QA teams, and backend developers to create seamless solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Communicate with stakeholders to provide regular updates and address project challenges.

Requirements:
Technical Skills:

- Expertise in Drupal (Drupal 8/9/10) development, theming, and module customization.
- Robust experience in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end development.
- Proficiency in JIRA/Tracker tools for project management.
- Solid experience with GIT version control and code repository management.
- Knowledge of performance optimization, security best practices, and responsive design.
