Skills
- Solid and proven experience with Java stack. Senior level Java developers recent to Android preferred over Android developers without a solid Java background.
- Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
- Experience with the Android SDK. Please list any apps you have put in one of the App Stores and be clear what your direct contribution was for each of these apps. Screen layouts, HTTP requests, hardware interaction (Camera,
Location Services, etc.) and localization
- Experience with the JSON and GSON a plus. Basic knowledge on interaction with a middleware layer
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
- Solid understanding of OO concepts and MVC a must have
- Knowledgeable of GIT and code reviews
- Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team
- Ability to analyze a problem with little direction to determine multiple solutions
- Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
