About the Team & Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Shift In charge for our Assembly unit. The ideal candidate

will hold a B.Tech degree and possess strong experience in production and assembly processes. This role is

critical to ensuring smooth operations, effective manpower management, and achievement of production

targets within assigned shifts.

To Succeed in this role, you should have the following:

- Preferably B.Tech. educational background
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Production
- Knowledge of manpower handling, shift planning, lean manufacturing
- Expertise in large work force management
- Ready to work in Rotational Shifts

You will be responsible for:

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies and procedures
- Team management and shop floor operations
- Supervise and coordinate with the staff to ensure effective operations
- Maintain 5S on the shop Floor
- Quality management and process improvement initiatives at shop floor
- Plan and organize shift schedules, ensuring adequate staffing and smooth transitions.
- Investigate failures and identify root causes to narrow down the problem and issuesRole & responsibilities
