We're Hiring: Assistant Manager Operations (Outbound Sales)

Job Location: 8 Phase, Mohali

Monthly Salary Package INR 40,000 INR 45,000

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Assistant Manager Operations to lead our outbound sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and manage the outbound sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor daily team performance and productivity.
- Drive sales initiatives and ensure target achievement.
- Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance reviews.
- Track KPIs, prepare MIS reports and share performance updates with management.
- Handle team and customer escalations efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes and quality standards.





Key Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Team Leader or at least 6 months of experience as an Assistant Manager (Sales).
- Strong team handling and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of outbound sales processes and the sales domain.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
