6Role & responsibilities
- Make AR calls to insurance companies to follow up on pending and unpaid medical claims.
- Check claim status and understand the reason for denials or delays.
- Update the billing system with call details and claim status.
- Work with the internal team to resolve claim issues and resubmit claims if required.
- Ensure regular follow-ups to reduce outstanding accounts receivable.
- Freshers with positive English communication skills and willingness to work in US shifts can apply
