Role & responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate/JPA, and modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Build secure, scalable, and maintainable RESTful APIs, following best practices for API versioning, pagination, validation, and error handling.
- Develop responsive, reusable, and high-performance user interfaces using a component-driven architecture and modern frontend development practices.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend services using REST APIs, implementing authentication and authorization with OAuth2 and JWT.
- Design and optimize relational database solutions using PostgreSQL or Oracle, including writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, PL/SQL, and performing query tuning.
- Design efficient DynamoDB data models by defining partition keys, sort keys, secondary indexes, and access patterns to support scalable applications.
- Implement data access layers using Hibernate/JPA, ensuring efficient object-relational mapping and database performance.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Git, Jenkins, and Docker to automate build, testing, deployment, and release processes.
- Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and improve code quality using static analysis and security scanning tools.
- Troubleshoot production issues, analyze application performance, and implement performance optimization across both frontend and backend components.




- Build reusable UI components and contribute to web component libraries or design systems to improve consistency and maintainability.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, UX designers, QA engineers, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Prepare technical documentation, API specifications, and deployment guides to support development and operational teams.
- Ensure applications adhere to security, scalability, reliability, and compliance standards throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Mentor junior developers, share technical knowledge, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering team.

Preferred candidate profile :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- 58+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack application development using Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Hibernate/JPA.
- Strong experience with at least one modern frontend framework such as React, Angular,



or Vue.js, with a solid understanding of component-based architecture and state management.
- Proficient in designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs, including authentication using OAuth2/JWT, API versioning, pagination, and error handling.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL or Oracle, with expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, stored procedures, and query performance tuning.
- Working experience with DynamoDB, including data modeling, partition and sort keys, secondary indexes, and access pattern design.
- Hands-on experience with Git, Jenkins, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines, along with familiarity with code quality and security scanning tools.
- Good understanding of software design principles, object-oriented programming, design patterns, and microservices architecture.
- Experience developing reusable UI components, design systems, or modern web components.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an added advantage.
- Solid debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills across frontend, backend, and database layers.
