Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and cooking of vegetarian and non-vegetarian curry dishes as per standardized recipes.
Prepare ingredients, including cutting, chopping, marinating, and portioning.
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all curry dishes.
Monitor cooking times and temperatures to maintain food safety and quality.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the curry section,



kitchen equipment, and workstations.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
Store and label food items properly to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
Assist in stock management and notify supervisors of inventory shortages.
Support senior chefs during busy service periods and special events.
