Key Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize assigned rooms, offices, corridors, restrooms, and common areas.
Make beds, change linens, replenish towels, and restock toiletries and other amenities.
Dust, vacuum, mop, sweep, and polish floors, furniture, and fixtures.
Maintain cleanliness of windows, mirrors, and other surfaces.
Dispose of waste and ensure proper segregation of recyclable and non-recyclable materials.
Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, or safety hazards to the supervisor.




Handle and store cleaning chemicals and equipment safely in accordance with company policies.
Replenish housekeeping supplies and maintain inventory records.
Respond promptly to guest or client requests and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Follow health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
Assist with deep cleaning and special housekeeping projects as required.
