Key Responsibilities & Duties

Cold Forging Machine Experience - Preferred

Production Planning & Execution

- Plan and monitor daily production activities to achieve targets.
- Optimize utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments for uninterrupted production.

Quality Assurance

- Ensure products meet required specifications and international quality standards.
- Perform regular inspections and maintain quality records.
- Identify defects and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure adherence to ISO and internal quality systems.

CNC & Specialized Machine Handling

- Hands-on knowledge of CNC machine operation and maintenance.
- Familiarity with Cold Forging Machines and Bolt Former Machines.
- Set and monitor machining parameters for accuracy and efficiency.

Engineering Drawing Interpretation

- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Ensure machining is carried out as per required tolerances and dimensions.

Measuring Instruments Handling

- Proficient in using Micrometer and Vernier Caliper.




- Ensure dimensional accuracy and maintain strict tolerance levels.

Machine Maintenance Knowledge

- Possess knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with maintenance team for preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Ensure machines are operated safely and efficiently.

Breakdown Management

- Respond quickly to machine breakdowns and minimize downtime.
- Take immediate corrective actions to restore production.
- Analyze root causes and implement preventive measures.

Process Improvement

- Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity.
- Reduce wastage and improve machining efficiency.

Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain production reports, shift reports, and quality logs.
- Track daily output and report deviations to management.

Team Coordination

- Supervise machine operators and ensure discipline on the shop floor.
- Provide training and technical guidance to operators.

Safety & Compliance

- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and safe machine shop workplace.
