- Excellent written/spoken communication skills in English
- Customer service experience and a refined approach towards maintaining customer relationships
- Excellent technical troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of CRM systems such as Freshdesk, Devrev, Hootsuite etc
- Proactive mindset in approaching day to day work
- Fluency in multiple languages. Hindi English is a must.
