Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence across various social media platforms. Candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, digital marketing, branding, content creation, and analytics, with the ability to deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan monthly content calendars and campaign schedules.
- Responsible for End-to-End production of engaging content for Instagram reels and stories-from ideation, scripting, shooting, editing, posting.
- Required basic graphics designing for ad campaign and Instagram post.
- Knowledge of generational AI for photos and videos.
- Schedule and publish content across multiple social media platforms.
- Manage the company’s presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other.
- Manage day-to-day social media activities, including posting, monitoring, and responding to messages and mails.




- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing practices.
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Collaborate with the sales, HR and marketing teams for promotional campaigns, recruitment branding, product launches, and events.

Required Skills:

- Solid knowledge of social media platforms
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Premier Pro, Canva, CorelDraw, Illustrator, Photoshop or similar design tools.
- Knowledge of AI tools like-chat GPT, Gemini, flow, Claude etc. will be preferable.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and other social media advertising platforms.
- Understanding of SEO, content marketing, and digital marketing strategies.

Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification in Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing.
- Proven experience in similar type of role will be preferred.
