- Installation, configuration, and administration of SolarWinds Orion modules including:
o NPM: Monitor network performance, availability, and health.
o SAM: Monitor server and application health, including SQL, Active Directory, Exchange, services, and URLs.
o IPAM: Manage IP addresses, DHCP, and DNS integrations.
• Design and implement monitoring solutions
• Audit and optimize existing SolarWinds deployments.
• Develop dashboards and reports.
• Configure alerting and reporting mechanisms.
• Create and manage custom properties, groups, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects and operations teams.
• Provide training and documentation.
- Required Skills:
• 5-8 years of hands-on experience with SolarWinds Orion suite.
• Solid understanding of network protocols (SNMP, TCP/IP, VLANs, etc.).
• Experience with:
o AppInsight for SQL
o NetFlow Traffic Analyzer (NTA)
o Network Configuration Manager (NCM)
o Web Performance Monitor (WPM)
• Ability to troubleshoot and tune SolarWinds components.
• Capacity planning and performance optimization.
• Report customization and scheduling.
