- Handhold branch sales team by demonstrating effective sales skills. Identify capability gaps, reinforce correct sales behaviour & improve sales counselling effectiveness.
- Conduct product training, sales tool training, skills training, recent product launch training, and refresher sessions to ensure the sales team remains updated, confident, and competent to drive higher customer engagement and business outcomes.
- Align training priorities with business goals & address critical performance gaps by working in close coordination with regional stakeholders.
- Support new joiners in building role clarity and helping drive consistent performance.
- Drive consumption of self-learning courses, monthly knowledge check and learning activities.
Travel Requirement:
- Travelling to assigned branches once every 2 months or as required.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Strong command of sales skills, product & process knowledge.
- Skilled in delivering effective training & coaching.
- Proficient in working with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and report preparation.

Qualification:
- Must have a bachelor's degree.
Experience:
- Previous experience in driving sales through focused training & coaching.
