Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end accounting and finance operations.
- Ensure timely preparation and finalization of financial statements.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Drive monthly MIS reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors.
- Monitor cash flow, banking, and working capital management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Lead and mentor the accounts team.
- Support management with financial analysis and business insights.

Preferred candidate profile

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (Mandatory).
- 4 to 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Experience in manufacturing industry preferably Liquor Industry.
- Currently working as HOD Accounts/Finance or as No. 2 to HOD.
- Robust knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and audits.
- Excellent analytical,leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.
