Key Responsibility

- Manage the end - to - end sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, pitching, negotiation, and closure
- Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Connect with prospects via calls, product demos, and presentations
- Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Understand client requirements and offer customized solutions
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to improve lead conversion rates
- Conduct timely and persistent follow - ups to close deals efficiently

- 1 - 5 years of experience in EdTech / SaaS / Digital Services sales




- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience working in startups or high - growth environments is preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Comfortable with high - volume calling and quick sales cycles
- Strong self - motivation, resilience, and competitive mindset
