Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Apprentice - HR to support our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about building a career in HR. The individual will primarily support new joiner induction, employee engagement initiatives, and HRBP analytics / ops while gaining hands - on experience across HR functions.

Key Responsibilities New Joiner Induction Onboarding

- Welcome and assist new employees on their joining day

- Coordinate induction schedules and logistics (conference rooms, materials, system access)

- Facilitate or support induction sessions and company orientation programs

- Act as the first point of contact for new joiners for any queries

Employee Engagement Support

- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and events

- Coordinate logistics for town halls, celebrations, and team - building initiatives

- Support employee surveys, feedback collection, and analysis





- Help drive initiatives that enhance employee experience and workplace culture

HR Operations Coordination

- Prepare reports and dashboards related to onboarding and engagement

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (HRBP, Admin, IT, Payroll) for seamless operations

- Provide administrative support to the HR team as required

Qualifications Skills Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

- Freshers encouraged to apply

- Strong interest in Human Resources and people management

- Attention to detail and problem - solving mindset

- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
