Key Responsibilities

- Procurement Planning
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with project timelines and budgets.
- Forecast material requirements based on project schedules.

- Vendor Management

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers/subcontractors for civil, MEP, and interior works.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms to optimize cost efficiency.
- Maintain solid supplier relationships to ensure reliability and quality.

- Material & Equipment Procurement

- Source construction materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E;).
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with site teams for timely deliveries.

- Cost Control & Compliance

- Track procurement budgets and reduce wastage through effective planning.
- Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, safety standards, and company policies.
- Prepare purchase orders, agreements, and maintain accurate documentation.

- Coordination & Reporting




- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to align procurement with design and execution needs.
- Provide regular reports on procurement status, vendor performance, and cost savings.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, civil engineering, or a related field.
- 710 years of experience in procurement within the construction/interior fit-out industry.
- Strong knowledge of civil, MEP, and interior materials.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.
