Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and assigned leads.
- Conduct client meetings and property site visits.
- Explain projects, pricing, and investment opportunities.
- Generate new leads through networking and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with prospective buyers until deal closure.
- Coordinate with the documentation team during the sales process.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Preferred Candidate Profile
- 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer handling abilities.
- Willing to travel within Dehradun for site visits.
- Two-wheeler preferred.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
