Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced UAE Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in end-to-end recruitment for clients across the UAE, with strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa processes, and local hiring practices. The role demands a result-oriented professional capable of handling multiple requirements efficiently and ensuring high-quality talent delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for UAE-based clients sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and final selection.
- Source candidates through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand manpower requirements and provide suitable profiles within deadlines.
- Conduct telephonic and video interviews to assess candidate suitability for UAE job roles.
- Coordinate offer negotiations, visa documentation, and onboarding support for selected candidates.




- Maintain a robust database of UAE-based and GCC-experienced candidates across industries (Construction, Oil & Gas, Facility Management, IT, etc.).
- Stay updated on UAE employment market trends, salary structures, and compliance norms.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and clients to ensure repeat business.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum 4-5 years of proven experience in UAE/Gulf recruitment (agency or corporate).
- Strong understanding of UAE visa, labor, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools (Naukri Gulf, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong negotiation and client-handling skills.
