- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing toonboarding.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meetbusiness needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and otherstakeholders.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boardsand social media.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit andskills.
